Drew Barrymore and Justin Long hit up the Tower Bar in the Sunset Tower Hotel in LA last night holding hands and made an announcement to friends they met there.
”We’re back together!” They announced to their friends.

Eclipse, the 3rd Film of the Twilight Saga’s Director Announced

Here is a Breaking News! The director of The Twilight Saga: Eclipse has been announced. The film will be directed by David Slade. Earlier Slade has directed three films: “30 Days of Night,” “Hard Candy,” and “Do Geese See God?“
Slade is quite a popular name in the Hollywood entertainment world. Besides being a film maker, Slade holds the credit for directing several music videos for some popular bands including Stone Temple Pilots and System of a Down.
The announcement was made by Erik Feig, Summit Entertainment’s President of Production. He clearly stated that David will be directing Eclipse from a screenplay written by Melissa Rsenberg. Eclipse, the 3rd book of Stephenie Meyer’s vampire saga is now all set to hit the screen on June 30th, 2010.
Stephenie has been quoted as saying in an interview that she is really “thrilled that David Slade will be directing Eclipse. He’s a visionary filmmaker who has so much to offer the franchise“. She also didn’t forget to praise the team and said that she feels the they are lucky to have a “wonderful directorial talent for the Twilight Saga“.
“Stephenie’s Eclipse is a muscular, rich, vivid book“, said Erik Feig. Drew Barrymore was earlier considered to direct the film. But Feig went on to say they “believe they have found that talent in David Slade, a director who has been able to create complex, visually arresting worlds“. He also said that since Eclipse is one of the most significant and graphic books of the Twilight series there are a lot of tough materials that would be difficult to transform from print to screen. Feig considers Slade to be someone with a “darker imagination” and thus would fit the role the best.
In the 3rd film of the Twilight series, Bella will be found constantly fenced by danger as mysterious murders take place all over Seattle while a vixenish and violent vmpire continues her quest for revenge. While saving her life she is forced to choose between her love for Edward Cullen, played by Robert Pattinson, and her friendship with Jacob.
The biggest question now that arises is that can David Spade bring justice to this awe-inspiring third installment of Twilight?

Drew Barrymore Denies Reuniting With Justin Long
Contrary to mounting speculation, Drew Barrymore insists she and former beau Justin Long aren’t rekindling their romance, but will still maintain their professional relationship in making movies.
Despite the mounting rumors of her reuniting with ex-boyfriend Justin Long, Drew Barrymore insists she currently isn’t dating anyone.
Speaking about her single status, the movie beauty said at the Los Angeles premiere of her new film “Grey Gardens” on Thursday, April 16, “I love it! It’s great! I get to be who I am and do what I want and be with the people I love. I feel like I have everything, and I’m very fortunate, and it’s a very rich, fulfilling time in my life.”
The following day, during her scheduled appearance on “The Ellen DeGeneres Show”, Barrymore stressed that she and Long aren’t back on, claming they are just good friends. “We’re doing a film this summer,” she explained when referring to upcoming romantic comedy movie “Going the Distance”. “I guess people find it a little confusing. I totally understand. It seems like, ‘What is the deal with them?’ But we just adore each other. We’re in each other’s lives, and we’re friends, and we’re working together, and we have worked together,” she continued.
Asked if she would be jealous if Long dates another woman, Barrymore stated that instead of feeling so she would rather see the actor meeting “fantastic people because he’s a great guy, and he deserves the most happiness.” She then continued, “And, for me, I am still just not ready for anything. I’ve spent two years really with a very different life than I’ve had before. My priorities have changed. I directed a film. I did this drama [Grey Gardens]. It was something I’ve never done anything like … and I don’t know how to maintain a relationship to be honest, while I’m doing all of that.”

Drew Barrymore Interview on Letterman Show 15 April 09
Drew Barrymore premiered in New York the other night in the new film “Grey Gardens” and made a grand appearance at the Letterman Show to talk about her latest film role. If you’ve ever seen the film ET (very few people have not) the little girl in this film is Drew Barrymore.
This was her second and most famous introductory film role and she was merely 6 years of age, her first film role was in a film called Altered States in 1980 and she was just 5.
Her very very first acting role was in a dog food commercial at 11 months of age, Drew comes from a long family of actors under the Barrymore flag. A clear natural talent and most of these natural talent types do start at a very young age and that can apply to music, film sport and many other areas. Not only is she an actress but she is a film producer also.

Barrymore’s more recent film roles include He’s Just Not That into You, Beverly Hills Chihuahua, and Everybody’s Fine. Her more famous films are Charlies Angels, The Wedding Singer and the famous cult film with the humungous bunny “Donnie Darko” alongside Jake Gyllenhaal.
