Charity fever seems to be hitting the Hollywood and US Celebrities in general, especially the female celebs, Jennifer Garner with her recent Capitol Hill visit got the ball rolling, Kylie and Rihanna in New York very recently, and now Jessica Alba is the latest addition to the charitable celeb headlines.
Jessica Alba has been recently spotted in Washington DC visiting various senate buildings looking very business like but glam at the same time, she had a meeting with Senators on Capitol Hill, and the look was a pair of wide-leg trousers, a crisp white shirt and a little black jacket with a designer Chanel quilted chain bag to complete the beauty vs business line up.
A dual purpose for her visit to Washington DC as she was also there for the screening of Crips and Bloods: Made in America, a premiere we have recently covered. This is a film co-produced by her husband Cash Warren. She attended a question and answer session on issues surrounding gang violence in America, which is the subject matter raised in this essentially docu drama.
On matters of Ebay, Jessica Alba is doing the charitable thing and auctioning off her 11 month old month Honor’s old baby gear, including Hello Kitty rain gear and a limited-edition Maclaren Juicy Couture Ruder Stroller. Jessica Alba’s Revlon Event, Wants More Kids
Jessica Alba attends the 12th Annual EIF Revlon Run/Walk For Women at Times Square on Saturday (May 2) in New York City.
Together with Jennifer Connelly, Jessica hosted the event alongside fellow Revlon brand ambassador Jessica Biel, along with NBC late night host Jimmy Fallon. They helped raise awareness for woman’s cancer.
Hosting the Los Angeles event the following week on Saturday, May 9 during Mother’s Day weekend, will be Samantha Who star Christina Applegate along with Miley Cyrus, her mother Tish, Revlon brand ambassador Beau Garrett and Dancing with the Stars‘ Carrie Ann Inaba.
Meanwhile, the actress is keen to expand her family now she’s finally lost the weight she gained as a new mom.
The star gave birth to baby Honor in June and immediately put on weight. She had to race off to the gym to get her pre-baby figure back.
She tells news show Extra, “I worked out. It wasn’t fun. Twice a day. I ate really healthy.”
But now she’s back in shape, Alba wants more kids with husband Cash Warren: “We’ll have a few (kids)… three or four.”
Jessica Alba Gets 2 Tickets in One Week!
The first ticket Jessica Alba got this week was for driving the wrong way on a one way street. She got a second ticket yesterday when she took her daughter Honor Warren to Urth Cafe in West Hollywood. She got a parking ticket.

The Fantastic Four Star Jessica Alba turned 28 yesterday and she was spotted in Hollywood shopping on Melrose Avenue and also apparently was looking for office space in the Beverley Hills area according to a pap agency and later that evening went to a restaurant called Ceconnis in West Hollywood with her husband Cash Warren. To end the night she went to a club with her husband and apparently the champagne was flowing freely and Jessica let her hair down and did a bit of sexy dancing according to radaronline.
